Your FCA accreditation remains unaffected, as you are not handling cryptocurrency directly. We facilitate the crypto payment on your behalf and transfer the GBP equivalent directly to your account. Refunds should be handled as per your existing policies and procedures. We do not participate in the refund process in any way.
